SMS problem

Hello again guys.. im having troubles sending notification via SMS, i have everything! a
URL where im allow to send many messages. The thing i want to do is what a service is
down nagios execute a perl script where the url is inside, but nagios dont do it.

the comand is:

define command{
        command_name    notify-by-sms
        command_line    $USER1$/my_notify_sms 
        }

i tried with and without the $USER1$ and the logs dont show anything:

[1184166017] SERVICE NOTIFICATION:
admins;stinger.xxxxxxx.com;Sushi;CRITICAL;notify-by-email;NRPE: Command 22check_file_age
not defined

The command 22check_file_age not defined was not defined to make a notificacion

Well any tip or idea will be very helpfully!.
