check_mysql...5

Hello guys, im having trouble with the check_mysql when i change the version of the mysql
4.1.21 to 5.0.x, the plugin start to fail. 

With the answer:

NRPE: Unable to read output  

Does the Mysql 5 need other plugin?

Any suggestion ?
