Nagios Looking Glass Creating Templates

I changed  it in the Client-Side, i tried first changing it in the Server Side but it would not work. I guess its not syncing.
   
  I change the password for nagiosadmin that i was using for the site.
  and now it doesnt work. I set the new password in  the s3_config.inc.php  in server/sync-files 
   
  i get this error when i try to access the site.

It has to be in the server-side or it'll get overwritten the next time 
you open your client.
