Hi,
Yes, you're right. Sun is shipping a version of net-snmp (based on
net-snmp 5.0.9) and named SMA[1] (SNMP Management Agent) with Solaris
10. You've always the old agent, SEA[2] (Solstice Entreprise Agent),
shipped.
Under SunFire and Netra servers, you've also another net-snmp based
agent (again based on net-snmp 5.0.9) that implement SUN-PLATFORM-MIB
and ENTITY-MIB and named MASF[3] (Management Agent for SunFire and
netra).
