Fwd: No Acknowledgment option for Host Devices

I definitly understand that thast no problem. But When the host is shown
down there is no icon when i click on the downed host to acknowledge the
device which is stranger because it had the icon of working person with a
shovel ..lol 3 days ago
Now you can only acknowledge the host only thru the ping device???
when its down for both
