Nagios 3 GUI config tools

[Mills, Charles]

Still pretty new.  Don't think the open source community has caught up
yet.

My programming skills are lacking the abilities so I'm stuck with v2.11.

Monarch is nice, but I'm not sure it supports v3 yet...
