question regarding notification logic

Hi list,

I have services checks scheduled every 4 hours but want to have a  
notification interval of 1 hour. It seems that it can't be done in  
Nagios because of the notification logic. Nagios sends notification  
only after a check.

Also a check that is made once a day bu customers want to be re-notify  
every 1 hour as a reminder that the problem is not solve.

As anyone achieves sucessfully a scenario like the ones above ?
