Nagios SMS messaging

Hi All,

I'm new to Nagios and I'm having a small issue with SMS Alerts. I'm not
complete familiar with how it works but my Nagios machine sends SMS alerts
to various carriers except MetroPCS. The metroPCS phone has a data plan
service and it is able to receive emails sent via outlook.

I've read up on MetroPCS not allowing shotcodes types of messages, I'm not
sure if that's what Nagios uses but any information or help is greatly
appreciated.
