So which is it? Are you making these up? You've provided 3 different
mount points for this filesystem in this thread --

/dev/mapper/VolGroup01-fredVol00
                       119G  107G  5.8G  95% /vservers/collombia/info


/dev/mapper/VolGroup01-infoVol00
				119G   96G   17G  85%
/vservers/colombia/info

And in nrpe.cfg --

command[check_disk3]=/usr/lib64/nagios/plugins/check_disk -w 20% -c 10%
-p /dev/mapper/VolGroup00-LogVol01

NRPE isn't configured to check either of the ones you've provided df
output for.
