Different notification periods for different events?

Yeah, that does sound much easier to manage.  I suppose we'll probably
just do it that way from now on.  Ideally I'd like some kind of extended
syntax to Just Do It, though I'm not sure what that would look like in
the config file.

Thanks for the idea, though, I think that'll work out all right for now.
