Nagios can works with help desk software?

I need that my helpdesk create a  ticket when alarm is detected by
Nagios. Some ideas to do it?


Nagios 3.0.3
helpdesk   wonderdesk 4.0   with Microsoft sql server data base
ubuntu server 7.10
