Nagios with NDOUtils is not working any more.

What kind of data do you put in RRD databases ? if it's performance
data, PNP handles
this task nicely, and is quite lightweight

post your my.cnf, we'll see
Since you also have Cacti on the same machine, you will have to keep
MyISAM settings not too low (or convert Cacti DB to InnoDB)
