SMS notifications

Hi,

I know this is a recurrent question, but I'm sure all solutions are not 
available on all countries while sending SMS depends on countries 
operators .

So I am in France and I want to send SMS notifications via Nagios when a 
critical (and only critical) state of a service is reached.

Does anyone know a solution for France ?
