Graphs switch ports

Hi,

you can easily do it with nagiosgrapher. I am currently using an hand made
bash script based on snmp v3 to get the bandwidth, then I created a template
to graph the values. So, I just need to define a service "Bandwidth" for each
port on the switch, to get their bandwidths graphed.
