Vista gadget for monitoring Nagios

Hello!

Looks like the previous version of xml status script (that is provided 
with the Nagstatus Vista gadget) didn't work quite as expected with 
Nagios V3.

The new script version is available at nagiosexchange:

This fix is required only for Nagios V3, the old version works fine on 
V2. And use the separate cgi script, the one that's in the gadget 
package is still the broken one. I'll update that package later.
