Custom Cfg files?

What if i create my config files and want to use them instead of the
default files?

Like suppose:
Default files are:
contact.cfg
template.cfg
commands.cfg
localhost.cfg

and i want to create files like:
test_contact.cfg
test_template.cfg
test_commands.cfg
test_localhost.cfg

and want to use these, even if those files exist?
Or should i change data in those files?
