Nagiosgraph configuration question

Hi,

I try to setup Nagiosgraph to graph the life of my services/hosts.

I am confused because in nagiosgraph.conf, there is only one perflog 
command, while in nagios I have one file for service perfdata and one 
file for host perfdata.

Shall I use the same log for host and service perfdata ? Or there is 
another configuration in nagiosgraph to do ?
