We have some dirty SQL to check for that sort of thing, but don't use
auto-extensible tablespaces so it wouldn't be much use to you. I've
just been trawling through the list as I haven't read it for a while
and came across an announcement from Blue Gecko about their GPL
monitoring tool 'Monocle"
http://www.bluegecko.net/oracle_monitoring_monocle . I don't know if
it will do what you want but might be worth a look.
