re-notify on OK state

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to configure Nagios to send a
notification for each of several received "OK" service alerts? i.e. 3 "OK"
alerts for a specific service will send out 3 corresponding notifications. 

You are probably wondering why I would want this ... I am using Nagios to
send notifications of received snmp traps and the problem is this: (for
example) if I receive two or more "power-down chassis" traps
(status=critical), I will receive notifications for all of them. However, I
will only receive one notification for the first "power-up chassis" trap
(status=OK) that Nagios receives.

Stalking will log all of them, but I also want to be notified.
