Problems building plugins 1.4.13 with mysql client libs

Hi

I'm building nagios-plugins 1.4.13 and I having problems with mysql. The 
mysql client is installed[1], but the "configure" command does not 
find[2]. My configure command is bellow[3].

How to specify "mysql" client libs?
