custom escalations

You'll have to define special commands and escalation path .
you can have the first "notification" trigger an action that - using nrpe or check_via_ssh will 
connect to the server an attempt the action you want .

        service_description     check http
        first_notification      1

        notification_interval   1
        contact_groups          restart 
        }


define contact{
        contact_name                    restart
        service_notification_period     24x7
        host_notification_period        24x7
        service_notification_options    c

        }

        }

just an example , you'll ofcourse have to tweek it to your needs , but this is a possible way to 
go .
