use the plugin check_nt:
 
Command e.g.:

COUNTER -l $ARG1$ -w $ARG2$ -c $ARG3$
        }
 
services.cfg
define service{
        host_name               <HOSTNAME>
        service_description     <DESCRIPTION>
        check_command           check_nt_counter!"\\LogicalDisk(C:)\\%
Disk Time","%.c % Plattenauslastung S:"!70.0!90.0
        use                     check_nt_template
        }
 
Attention: Use the M$ Perfmon to look for the right counter format!
