Power monitoring for PDU

I would imagine you'd want to monitor
1) the state of each output (loaded, unloaded, empty)
2) the current being drawn per output
3) the current being drawn overall
4) the general input voltage
5) the voltage of each output
This relies on the PDU. If your PDU is network and SNMP enabled you will
be able to get this informaiton. If it's not, you won't.
