Not a template, no, but you can assign a service to a hostgroup in a
service{} definition (hostgroup_name) and members of that hostgroup
inherit the service. If the 4 services were assigned to the
'fileservers' hostgroup and your fileservers were members of that
hostgroup, they would inherit all 4 service checks. This was
introduced in 3.x
