You may need to recompile the check_ldaps plugin since you have upgraded.

Shaun.

Subject: [Nagios-users] check_ldaps incompatibility with libldap-2.3
Hello Nagios users list. We are migrating our Nagios installation from CentOS 5.2 to 5.3. This latest version of CentOS has an updated version of the libldap library.
We have installed compat-openldap-2.3.43_2.2.29-3.el5. While check_ldaps had previously complained about the lack of the libldap-2.2 library, it now fails with the following output:
./check_ldaps: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib64/libldap-2.2.so.7: undefined symbol: SSL_load_error_strings
Does anyone have any input? All help is appreciated!
Regards,
Joseph Hammerman
