Stability of NDOUtils with Nagios 3.0.6

I applied some patches Opsera have had for a while to the CVS tree -  
can you try it out and see if the number of zombies are reduced/ 
removed?  There were also some patches added by Hendrik for 1.4b8 that  
may also help.
