check_ssh and check_ping not working with NRPE on remote host

<rta> is the Round-Trip Average travel time of the ping packet, in 
millisecond. The "-w" (warning level) and "-c" (critical level) options 
each take a pair of values... the RTA in milliseconds, and packet loss 
rate, in percent. So, a typical command line would look like:

check_ping -H 192.168.1.1 -w 400,20% -c 800,40%
