Unable to log in to Nagios

The line:
htpasswd -c /usr/local/nagios/etc/htpasswd.users nagiosadmin
should be exactly that. htpasswd is not a typo of htpassword ;)
As you can see from your ls output, your htpasswd.users file is
actually called htpasswORd.users - if you rename the file, you should
be good to go.
