Contacts on templates

Hello,
    I have the following drought about templates.
    For instance:

define service{
        name                            service-sic
        use                             generic-service
        register                        0
        contact_groups                  admins-group
}

define service{
        name                            my-new-service
        use                             service-sic
        contact_groups                  my-new-service-admins-group
}


What happens in this case is that "contact_groups" on "my-new-service"
replaces the "contact_groups" on the template.
Is there a way do append instead of replace?
