Hi,
if you want to have it the easy way, you can find rpms in the buildservice 
(http://build.opensuse.org), here is the URL to the repo which you can simply 
add to your installation repos:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:/monitoring/openSUSE_10.3/
There you can find a nagios package with all dependencies.
