How to graph historical data

I use "nagiosgraph"... it's just installing RRDTool and nagiosgraph, then adding/modifying map file entries as needed.  Most default checks can be graphed automagically out of the box.

 

I have some info on using nagiosgraph on my site, some notes about RRDTool versions, and even a few hiccups/fixes I ran into.  I currently use nagios and nagiosgraph  personally, on the job, and have done it for several side projects.
