permissions for check_dhcp

never mind I figured it out - added the uid - but that wasn't the problem anyway I had duplicate definition problem and corrected it.

I am modifying my new 3.0.6 configuration so that I can have all the stuff I had before but when I do my configuration verification I am getting an error on check_dhcp - see it has this information below:
Can I chown this to nagios:nagios and then chmod 550?
