Chances are _very_ high you don't need to do this and I would expect  
that if you did, you'd know how to do it. They have nothing to do with  
being able to snmpwalk/snmpget.

Are you trying to send nagios alerts _via snmp_ to another Network  
Management System? If so, you need them. If not, you do not need the  
Nagios MIBs.
