error to access on nagios web

I have installed nagios from source.
when i modified the DirectoryIndex (index.php) in my apache config, i have error access and error to find page man. when i open index.php, i dont'have <?php ?> tags.
But i have probleme on the nagios interface (see the screenshot join)
