Measuring both scheduled and unscheduled downtime

Nagios currently treats scheduled downtime as non-existent. In other
words, if you have 20 hours uptime, 1 hour unscheduled downtime, and 3
hours scheduled downtime, nagios will report 20/21 (95.23%) uptime,
ignoring the 3 hours scheduled downtime correct?
We'd like to measure both scheduled and unscheduled downtime, but
separately. How can we do this? For the situation above, we'd want:
Uptime: 20/24 (83.33%)
Scheduled downtime: 3/24 (12.50%)
Unscheduled downtime: 1/24 (4.17%)
