$NOTIFICATIONISESCALATED$ not defined

Hi,

Back in April there was a thread about the macro $NOTIFICATIONISESCALATED$ in 
note defined. See:

I stumbled upon the same problem. I only get a "$" sign. Is there any solution 
for the problem?
