Well
We are implementing a whole CRM environment (not ready right now) and I am
wondering how and what I will able to control using Nagios.
I know that MOM should be better way, but I am not sure that our project
will include it.
Which controls are you performing with Nagios ?
http
check_services on IIS
....
Regards
Marco

Hi Marco,
We use Microsoft Operations Manager to monitor CRM, but with Nagios
you could just setup checks for all the appropriate services, do
check_http on the frontends and make sure IIS is running, and check
the SQL databases as well etc..
As a side note, do you use CRM for your incident tickets? I am
wondering how to get Nagios to automatically generate CRM cases for
our servicedesk..
