Nagios is alerting you to a general problem. Without knowing specifics
about what you're checking and how, generally speaking the host was
unreachable, down (if this is a check_snmp check), too busy to respond
or otherwise non-responsive. You should investigate as the problem is
almost certainly real. Maybe you have a network connectivity issue or
problem on those hosts.
