check_mssql_health Plugin

We're trying to use the check_mssql_plugin from Gerhard's site here:

http://www.consol.de/opensource/nagios/check-mssql-health

It seems not to work on 64 bit systems.  When we run it on our 64 bit
nagios host we get this error:

[root at monitorbox libexec]# ./check_mssql_health
--hostname=server.example.com --username=nagios --password=secret
--mode=list-databases
bumm Can't call method "prepare" on an undefined value at
./check_mssql_health line 1886.

Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at
./check_mssql_health line 1902.

Anyone have an idea why this is happening?  I did have to patch and
build perl-DBD-Sybase from source, because the Makefile.PL in CPAN did
not support 64 bit systems.
