Monitor MSSQL & MySQL on Windows

Dear All,

I am Installed Nagios 3 on Rhel 5. I need to monitor Database(MSSQL &
MySQL) health which are hosted on Windows Machine.
The Windows machines are monitored by nagios via NSClient++.

Any Help is highly Appreciated.
