Sounds like nagios is good. Now you need to check local mail service. Make
sure it knows where the mails go. Sendmal be default, maybe postfix you
installed instead of sendmail.

Hello,
I checked nagios log at /usr/local/nagios/var/nagios.log
[1251634375] SERVICE NOTIFICATION: syssupport;localhost;abc
mount;CRITICAL;notify-by-email;DISK CRITICAL - /mnt/abc is not accessible:
No such file or directory
There are no errors related to the service notifications. Hence, I dont get
to know if it errored. But these emails were never sent .... I dint recieve
any of them although I dont see any error.
Regards
Sowmya Dass
