NDOUtils on x86_64 Compile Error

Where is your mysql_config located as pointed here?

use the --with-mysql=DIR argument to specify the
location of the MySQL library, We assume mysql_config is in DIR/dir

On RHELx64, it's pointed to /usr/lib64/mysql/bin/mysql_config

Did you install the mysql-devel packages?
