Custom Notification Time

Dear List,

As wanted to monitor few services for 7AM to 7PM . Using " check_period       24x7" , how can i do that.

below is my service check parameter.

        name                            network-service
        use                             generic-service
        check_period                    24x7
        max_check_attempts              3
        normal_check_interval           1
        retry_check_interval            1
        contact_groups                  Monitoring-alerts
        notification_options            w,u,c,r
        notification_interval           60
