Passive Service Checks Last

Hi,

I use nagios 3.2 from Debian backports and would like to graph passive
services checks on a passive server.

$ nagios3stats --mrtg
--data=NUMPSVSVCCHECKS1M,NUMPSVSVCCHECKS5M,NUMPSVSVCCHECKS15M
24
233
233

$ nagios3stats | grep 'Passive Service Checks Last'
Passive Service Checks Last 1/5/15 min: 54 / 279 / 279

On last 5 minutes and on 15 minutes, nagiosstats return always the same
values for passive checks. It's working with active check on active
server. Is it a feature or a bug ?
