Browser refreshes back to redirecting to start page after upgrade to 3.2.1

With 3.2.0, I was using the change to /usr/share/nagios/index.php:
<?php header("Cache-Control: max-age=7200, public"); ?>
to prevent this, but that change has no effect on 3.2.1 (rpmforge packages).

Renaming index.php to index.html had no effect either?

Anyone know how to get this functionality back?
