nagios/opsview with qpage

I have it working now.
I think I'll shorten down the message to fit onto the SMS capacity
limit, but it does work.
I was using $PAGER$ when doing -p $PAGER$ in my command and for some
reason it didn't like that, even if I defined it under my contacts..
