What have you tried till now and what errors do you get? Or want one of us 
to provide you the config so you can copy/paste? For even advanced usage, 
the builtin documentation should be enough. Implemented by myself in about 
2-3 days after reading.

check_wmi_plus plugin , i mean writing the command and service definitions 
and how to make changes in configuration file to reflect in the browser.
