friday 00:00-09:00,17:00-24:00
january 1 00:00-24:00
may 1 00:00-24:00
saturday 00:00-24:00
sunday 00:00-24:00
what i would like to know... does this definition :

saturday and sundays whole day
if there is a bank holiday during the week (monday-friday) notifications are
