check_procs question

Hi
i am asking regarding the Nagios plugin check_procs

can i use this to check in the NOTEPAD.EXE is more than 5 instances in a server(windows box) and they are running for more than 1 hour

if so , what is the parameters to do that
if not , how can i do that?
