These are the warning and the critical thresholds, when the load ( 1min, 5min, 15min ) value rises above the threshold you set it triggers the warning or error message in the script.
So in the example you give it would mean, if the 1min average goes above 5, it will trigger a warning event, if it goes above 10 it will trigger the critical event. Same goes for 5 min average and 15 min.
Keep in mind that only 1 of these values must be reached, not all of them.
